This course is meticulously designed to develop each student’s spiritual capabilities through profound meditative practices. Over 100 immersive hours, these cumulative experiences will forge a solid foundation for authentic spiritual leadership.
Throughout this journey, you will engage in guided meditation, yoga, and the study of Eastern philosophy, all within a harmonious blend of instruction and discussion. Your days will be filled with meaningful practice, from early morning sessions to evening reflections, enriching your understanding and deepening your spiritual awareness. The course is complemented by carefully selected teaching materials, drawing from both ancient and contemporary traditions across the globe.
Participants are encouraged to have completed a 100-hour or 200-hour meditation (teacher) training, either with Punnu or another meditation school, or possess a strong inner calling to partake in this transformative experience. Maintaining a regular meditation practice and having completed a 10-day Vipassana retreat will allow you to fully embrace the depth of this course.

Punnu Wasu
Punnu was born and raised in India, into a family deeply connected to kirtan and spirituality. From an early age, he displayed a keen interest in learning and practicing yoga and meditation. He pursued studies with various masters in ashrams and yoga and meditation schools across India and beyond.
With over 35 years of extensive knowledge and experience, Punnu imparts his wisdom through meditation classes, workshops, Meditation Teacher Trainings, Advanced Meditation Trainings, and Yoga Nidra Teacher Trainings which he conducts on a global scale.
Daily Schedule
06:30 – 07:00am: Journaling and Gratitude
Begin your day with reflective journaling, cultivating a sense of gratitude that sets a positive and intentional tone for the hours ahead.
07:00 – 08:00am: Meditation, Silence, and Mantra
Immerse yourself in a guided meditation, interweaving moments of profound silence with mantra chanting to deepen your inner stillness and align your mind.
08:00 – 09:00am: Yoga & Qi Gong (Meditative Movement) and Pranayama (Breathwork)
Harmonize body and mind through a gentle blend of Yoga and Qi Gong, followed by Pranayama to refine your breath and invigorate your life force.
09:00 – 10:00am: Silent Breakfast Meditation
Nourish your body with a conscious breakfast, practicing the art of silent eating to heighten your awareness and deepen your connection to the present moment.
10:00 – 01:00pm: Meditation Techniques, Philosophy, Teachings, and Special Topics
Explore a variety of meditation techniques philosophical teachings, and explore special topics with expert guidance.
01:00 – 02:00pm: Silent Lunch Meditation
Continue the practice of conscious eating during lunch, fostering a deeper sense of presence and appreciation for your meal.
02:00 – 03:00pm: Contemplation
Enter a period of quiet contemplation, reflecting on the day's teachings and integrating personal insights gained from your practice.
03:00 – 06:00pm: Advanced Meditation Techniques, Philosophy, Teachings, Special Topics, and and Interactive Q&A

06:00 – 07:00pm: Silent Dinner Meditation
End your day with a peaceful dinner, focusing on the practice of silent eating to cultivate inner peace and awareness.

Closing Time
The day ends at either 7:00pm or 9:00pm, offering flexibility for rest and integration.
Additional Notes
For those seeking a deeper meditative experience, two early morning meditation sessions will be offered at 4:00am.

100-Hour Graduation Requirement
No more than half a day of absence is permitted during the training.
Starting and Ending Time
The training begins on day 1 at 10:00am and concludes on the last day by 6:00pm.
Ancestral Liberation
An optional Ancestral Liberation process will be offered outside the official daily schedule (early morning or evening) at an additional cost of USD 300.

At Yogi’s Garden, owned by The Yoga Barn, you will find tranquillity among organic farms and lush, ancient forests. Located about a 40-minute drive from Ubud, this peaceful retreat center is ideal for unwinding and diving deep into meditation.
Professional staff prepare three organic, vegetarian farm-to-table meals each day to help you maintain focus on learning.
