This 20-hour program is designed for a holistic yoga approach, personal growth, and meaningful connections. It’s a journey to learn more about yourself, which will help you in your practice, your relationships, and your daily life.
Through the alchemical process of yoga, asanas, meditation, pranayama and holistic healing you will learn to listen to your body's inherent wisdom and inner healer and develop the skills from an intelligent, holistic and authentic space.
By exploring the holistic functional concepts and connection between mind and body, you will learn to uncover the deep stories embedded in the holding patterns of the body & mind and develop the tools to create space for new ways of being and transform.
Trainer: Punnu Wasu
Punnu Wasu is an Indian vocalist, musician, songwriter and multi instrumentalist. He was born and raised in Hyderabad into a family that has a true love for Kirtan (devotional music) and spirituality. He began studying harmonium and singing at the tender age of 5.
At age 10, he moved on to studying the Indian Classical Music (Hindustani) while traveling with his father throughout India singing the beautiful verses of Kirtan. From an early age Punnu has studied yoga, meditation, Reiki & various healing modalities with different masters all over India and other countries.
He shares his profound knowledge & rich experience of over 30 – 45 years in his meditation-, Reiki-, kirtan- & sound healing training courses globally.
Focus of the Training
You will work through traditional hatha yoga postures mindfully, giving you the opportunity to refine your asana practice profoundly.
You will learn various breathing exercises and how they work. Additionally, you will learn where to apply them. Pranayama is intended to assist you in your daily life, helping you navigate various situations more effectively through impactful techniques.
Learn how to engage the bandhas (locks) to lock the vital energy into the body during practices of pranayama and asana.
You will learn to navigate your own path in meditation. With various techniques, we assist you in progressing systematically in your meditation practice. We explore different meditation techniques that you can apply in your everyday life. The meditation techniques in this program include powerful meditations to break down blockages on a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level, relaxation, awareness of the body and the breath, manifestation, and mantra.
Relationships are not part of your life…but life is relationships. Among all your relationships, the most important one is your relationship with your parents, whether they are alive or not. Your relationship with your parents determines your relationship with everybody else thereafter. Many of us believe that the best way to deal with a relationship or heal a relationship is to cut a relationship. There is a very simple and effective way to heal any relationship and to allow for forgiveness to fully take place.
Chanting and Mantra
Immerse yourself deeply in the ocean of nāda (sound) and ancient mantras. Through vocal training, right rhythm, proper pronunciation of repeated recitation of powerful mantras and singing sacred sound over a longer period of time a wonderful meditative space will be created.
