Punnu Wasu hails from Hyderabad, India, where he was raised in a family deeply devoted to kirtan and spirituality. His early fascination with meditation led him to explore and practice this ancient art. Over the years, he has sought wisdom from various masters in ashrams and meditation schools across India, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
With a wealth of knowledge and a rich experience spanning more than 35 years, Punnu now imparts his wisdom through meditation classes, workshops, 100hr & 200hr Meditation Teacher Trainings, 100hr Advanced Meditation Trainings, and 50hr Yoga Nidra Teacher Trainings. His teachings are shared not only at The Yoga Barn in Bali but also in various locations worldwide.
