Join master teacher Punnu Singh Wasu for the most comprehensive 50hr meditation training available. Punnu teaches a very high-quality course and shares his vast knowledge and experience of more than 35 years, which has wide application and maintains both psychological and spiritual depth.

You will deepen your personal meditation practice and receive many ancient and powerful tools to apply to your personal life.

This training is for anyone who is interested in getting a regular meditation practice and going deeper in their personal practice and understanding. Furthermore, it is also for yoga teachers seeking a way to integrate meditation into their classes to enhance the overall depth and benefits of the yoga asanas for their students.

Punnu Singh Wasu was born and raised in Hyderabad, India into a family that has a true love for Kirtan (devotional music) and spirituality. From early age he was interested in learning and practicing meditations. He has studied with different masters all over India, Indonesia and Philippines. He shares his vast knowledge and experience of more than 35 years in his meditation classes, workshops, Meditation Teacher Trainings, Advanced Meditation Trainings and Yoga Nidra Teacher Trainings at his workplace The Yoga Barn and all around the world. Furthermore, he offers Reiki Trainings, Spiritual Awakening Courses, Holistic Healing Sessions and Spiritual Counselling. He also has his own Kirtan Academy called Bhakti Bliss for studying devotional music and traditional Indian instruments as well as Sound Healing Academy.

DAILY SCHEDULE (subject to change)

09:00 – 09:30am Meditation, Silence, Gratitude, Mantra

09:30 – 10:30am Yoga & QiGong (Meditation by soft body movement)

10:30 – 01:00pm Meditation & Pranayama (breathing techniques)

01:00 – 02:00pm Lunch (Silent eating meditation)

02:00 – 03:00/03:30pm Philosophy, Theory, History, Practicum, different Teachings etc.

03:00/03:30 – 04:30pm Meditation (Meditate, observing, holding space, learn how to teach)

04:30 – 05:30pm Yoga Nidra, Chanting Mantras (learning ancient & powerful mantras – chanting, meaning, proper pronunciation etc.) Q&A

1 hour: Homework


  • Full tuition — Immersive study and practice
  • In-depth meditation training manual

USD 888 if attending solo or USD 777 if you bring a friend


Deposit of USD 300 reserves your space and is payable upon registration. Deposit is non-refundable but fully transferable for any of Punnu’s future meditation training.


Final payment is due 7 days before the training commencement.

      • In case of hindrances to participate in the training the student has always the possibility to look for a replacement.
      • Classes, which have not been visited cannot be recovered at a later time nor will be refunded. Further, there will be no entitlement for a discount or refund in case of absence (due to sickness, job-related and other reasons).


      • Please be aware that all insurances (incl. health and travel) are the responsibility of the participants.
      • Teachers and assistants shall not be held liable for any damage to, or loss of property or injury to persons.


      • PREPARATION: Please meditate daily at least 15 minutes before arriving at the training to get the most from the training.
      • Water and Juice fasting are not recommended during the training.
      • What to bring: comfortable clothes, notebook, journal, pen, eye blinder, earplugs and reusable water bottle.
      • 50hr graduation requirement: No more than 1/2 day of absence during the training.
      • The training is open for everyone. No meditation experience is required.
