This retreat offers you an utterly amazing experience that you will not forget. It is designed to show you the way back to your core essence, that shining easeful self. Just imagine, spending a few days with fresh new impulses, movements, meditation, kirtan and relaxation, shared real-life experiences, support of 2 senior teachers and a group of like-hearted people in the midst of nourishing nature.

Adrian Wirth

Adrian Wirth was born and raised in the Züri-Unterland. During his studies of Environmental Science at ETH Zurich a medical condition caused a difficult stirr-up in his life, raised many questions about the meaning of life and at that time he started to explore the spiritual path. For the last 25 years he has explored transformational methods with teacher plants, from Indian Yoga and Buddhist Dharma traditions. He uses the different practices to offer and hold a safe space for healing and transformation. The context he is giving is accessible and understandable for everybody, it’s a down to earth approach.
