Meet Adrian Wirth
Adrian was born and raised in the Züri-Unterland. During his studies of Environmental Science at ETH Zürich a medical condition caused a difficult stirr-up in his life, raised many questions about the meaning of life, and at that time he started to explore the spiritual path.
For more than 20 years, Adrian has explored transformational methods with teacher plants, from Indian Yoga and Buddhist Dharma traditions. He uses the different practices to offer and hold a safe space for healing and transformation. The context he is giving is accessible and understandable for everybody, it is a down to earth approach.
Since 2007 Adrian has been teaching regular classes and workshops at AIRYOGA Zürich and retreats in many different places.
Punnu & Adrian
